Summer 2010 Housing Cost Sheet
Students who enroll in and complete a total of 6 hours or more in coursework during the May term, Summer I, or Summer II, will be allowed to live in campus apartments rent free during summer. Students who do not plan to enroll in coursework for any of the summer terms may still apply to live in campus housing. The costs outlined below will apply to those people who take less than 6 hours this summer or do not enroll in any classes.
Dates of Sessions
- May Mini-mester: May 10 – May 28
- Summer I: June 1 – June 28
- Summer II: July 1 – July 29
Mini-mester : Check In on Sunday, May 9, 2010 from 5pm – 7pm. You will take up residency in your mini-mester assignment on May 9th. Classes do not begin until Monday, May 10th.

- Residents may be consolidated in order to keep costs down.
- Requests by residents for private spaces will result in a cost equal to total rent of apartment ($2080 for IV - 4 person buildings and $1270 for IV - 2 person buildings $950 for Huckins).
- FULL RENT for a particular summer session is expected to be paid prior to the start of that particular summer session.
- A Late Fee of $30 will be assessed to all residents whose rent has not been paid by the 5th business day of the session.

Interim Dates
There is a three week Interim Period between the end of the Summer II session and the Fall 2010 semester move-in day. This three week period is NOT a part of the Summer II session and is NOT covered by the Summer II rent.
If you are not going to be an apartment resident for the Fall 2010 semester, you must move out in accordance with the Summer II session move-out date of Friday, July 30, 2010 by 6pm, and you will not be allowed to live in the campus apartments during this time. PLEASE MAKE OTHER HOUSING ARRANGEMENTS FOR THIS THREE WEEK TIME PERIOD. Apartment Residents for the Fall 2010 semester WILL BE ALLOWED to continue living in campus apartments during this two week period at a rate of per week, or a total of for both weeks.

- Check In: Wednesday, June 30, 2010 from 5pm to 7pm.
- Check Out: Friday, July 30, 2010 by 6pm.
NOTE: All students who are not assigned to an apartment for the upcoming Fall 2010 semester MUST be out of their summer assignment by Friday, July 30, 2010, by 6pm. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!!!
